I have been a chocoholic from the first time my grandmother gave me my first cold Hershey bar from her refrigerator. There was nothing better on a hot summer day than that crisp, creamy taste.

Currently, I work at Elekta Impac Software in Sunnyvale, CA in Product Marketing working on our Radiation Oncology Charting and Imaging software products.

My preferred chocolate is the XoBiotic which is hands down my favorite chocolate product from the Xoçai line. Its taste and texture are superior and the probiotics help me maintain a healthy and regular digestive system.

I love Xoçai and working with my husband to share it with everyone we meet.

My family is half Dutch and half Dutch East Indies and I still have family in both the Netherlands and Belgium, so I know chocolate. I grew up with it as a major part of my life. When I first tasted the Xocai chocolate I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. I wasn’t expecting much from a “healthy” chocolate.

I have a background as a DJ and a/v producer and now work online with businesses to get them “Googled.”

I love all the hard chocolates, but right now my favorite is the Activ which I mix in as part of a protein shake each morning. I also love using it to make the most delicious chocolate martinis when we have people over.
